The Challenge

The Albion Foundation is uniquely recognised for the quality delivery of sport and education

WalkTheAlbionWayChosenIn January, 2014, five of our blind footballers will take part in an incredible challenge, Walk The Albion Way.

Taking place from Tuesday 28th January – 1st February 2014, Walk The Albion Way is an 86 mile walk from Anfield to the Hawthorns, culminating in the walkers arriving at the Hawthorns in time for kick off at the WBA v Liverpool match.

Following on from their successful, silverware-winning season last season, the B1 Blind Team players will be representing 527 disability footballers as they walk to raise awareness and funds for the disability work that The Albion Foundation do.

We aim to change people’s lives through sport and we would like your support to help us to continue to support our disability teams. To donate now and find out where your money will go, click here.
