We currently have the following job vacancies:

Girls Football Co-ordinator
Salary range £14,000- £18,000
1 year fixed term contract with a view to a full time contract depending upon performance and funding

The Albion Foundation (registered Charity 1081948) is an established and successful provider of Sports and Education programmes.

The role:

Reporting to Out of Hours Development Co-ordinator the successful candidate will support:

  • Development, organisation and be a key deliverer of The FA Girls Engagement Programme targeting 14+ female players.
  • Developing and delivering the girls elite football college programme in partnership with a local Further Education college.
  • Be part of the Sporting Club Albion FA Girls Centre of Excellence coaching team.
  • Deliver a range of coaching programmes as part of the wider football development team including PE, PPA, Soccer Centres, Holiday Camps and Matchdays.

You:

  • Will have a passion and commitment for working with female players
  • Will hold at least 2 National Governing Body Awards in Coaching, 1 of those being a FA coaching certificate level 2 in Football. You shall also be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a similar environment. You will have or be willing to work towards the AFPE level 3 Certificate in Supporting the Delivery of PE and School Sport
  • Will have the passion and ability to utilise the brand name of West Bromwich Albion FC to engage young people into activity programmes.
  • Will have inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and energy that will quickly earn the respect of your colleagues and partners alike.
  • Will have a flexible approach to work, as will be the ability to plan and organise your work to a busy schedule.
  • Will be open minded on coaching styles, with a commitment to further develop your current body of skills. Knowledge of Child Protection and welfare will be essential

Salary Range: £16,000-£22,000

The role:

Reporting to Out of Hours Development Co-ordinator the successful candidate will support:

  • Overseeing, developing, organising and delivering the FA Girls Engagement Programme targeting 14+ years old female olds.
  • Developing and delivering the girls elite football college programme in partnership with a local Further Education college.
  • Be part of the Sporting Club Albion FA Girls Centre of Excellence coaching team.
  • Deliver a range of coaching programmes as part of the wider football development team including P.E, PPA, Soccer Centres, Holiday Camps and Matchdays.

You:

  • Will have a passion and commitment for working with female players across the full spectrum of ability.
  • Will have experience of working in a Centre of Excellence setting.
  • Will hold a UEFA B Coaching Licence.
  • Will have good organisational skills.
  • Will be willing to work evenings and Saturday mornings as part of SCA role
    (Training on Mondays, Thursday and games on Saturday will be additional hours to standard 37 hour contract)
  • Will have the passion and ability to utilise the brand name of West Bromwich Albion FC to engage young people into activity programmes.

Dance/Fitness Coaches required for local Dance Academy

Local Dance Academy, working in partnership with The Albion Foundation are looking to recruit coaches that will be required to deliver dance, drama and/or fitness sessions within schools across Sandwell, Dudley, Worcestershire and Worcester. The roles will be on a part time basis with a pay rate of £15/hour.

Dance training is required but not essential as training will be given.
